Sacristans play a vital role in assisting the pastor and liturgist by preparing the altar vessels, linens, hosts, wine, and other materials needed for all liturgies.

Who Can Serve as a Sacristan?
Parishioners who are willing to dedicate their time and talents to the careful preparation, planning, and implementation of liturgical procedures in accordance with Church guidelines and parish traditions are encouraged to serve in this ministry.

Responsibilities
Sacristans act as caretakers of the sacristy, ensuring that everything is properly organized and maintained. They take inventory and replenish essential supplies, including wine, hosts, candles, and charcoal, to ensure the seamless celebration of the liturgy.
